Click the start my fundraiser button and follow the prompts to fill out the information that we need to create your fundraiser. Once you have completed this, we will accept it and you can get started, or we will contact you for further information. You will then be able to take orders, using the custom link for your fundraiser.

How do I get people to make their orders?

Once your fundraiser has been accepted, you will be sent a login, you will be able to run a demo so that you can see how it works. You can send the link to your friends, family or community where they can order and log how they will pay you.

How do I get paid, and pay Pasta Vera?

When you set up the fundraiser, you can choose to accept cash, or bank deposit (or both). People then pay you once they have completed their order. It is your responsibility to collect payment and pay us in full by the due date. You keep 20% of the profit from the fundraiser.

When you login, you will be able to see who has ordered, and then tick them off as they pay, helping you to keep track.

We set up catalogues with all of our fundraising products. You can click each product link to see more detail.

Product prices range from approximately $15 to $45 per product.

How do I get my order?

We freight orders to schools, businesses and freight depots around New Zealand – or you can arrange pick up from Pasta Vera in Wigram, Christchurch. Please read our full conditions of delivery below. Click here for full conditions of delivery.

How do I pay Pasta Vera?

An invoice will be sent to you with the order, to be paid within 7 days.
