“2007 was when I started to use Pasta Vera, I have been impressed with such high-quality products, with affordable prices. I am currently the Executive Chef at the Heritage Hotel in Queenstown, we are a plant-based educated hotel, and I use all PASTA VERA, VEGAN AND VEGETARIAN, products.
I must give their pesto a compliment as it is the best product available in the country. Their pasta is consistently good and lasagnes are top-notch. I have also used a lot of squid ink fresh spaghetti, which has helped me to improve and take my restaurants to the next level.
