Pasta Vera Lasagne

For the best overall results, defrost frozen Lasagne before reheating

Free Flow and Single Lasagne Portions

Microwave:
If fresh or defrosted cover, and reheat for 4 minutes on medium-high or until piping hot.

If frozen cover, and reheat for 5 minutes on medium-high or until piping hot.

Oven:
Preheat oven to 180°C
Remove from the packaging, and heat for approximately 20 minutes or until piping hot.

Defrost if frozen.  Preheat oven to 180°C
Heat for approximately 20-30 minutes or until piping hot.

Pasta Vera - Filled Pasta

Filled Pasta

Fresh Filled Pasta
Bring a large pot of well-salted water to a boil.
Add the required amount of pasta to the boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes or until al dente (cooked just enough to retain a somewhat firm texture).

Serve with your favourite sauce.

Frozen Filled Pasta (do not defrost – cook from frozen)
Bring a large pot of well-salted water to a boil.
Add the required amount of frozen pasta to the boiling water and cook for 7-8 minutes or until al dente (cooked just enough to retain a somewhat firm texture).

Serve with your favourite sauce.

Note: 

For Pansotti and Ravioloni simmer for 5-6 minutes.

Do not have the water boiling rapidly as this may cause the parcels to open.

Pasta Vera Gnocchi and Cannelloni

Gnocchi and Cannelloni

Gnocchi
Bring a large pot of well-salted water to a boil.
Add the required amount of gnocchi and boil for approximately 4-6 minutes or until the Gnocchi floats.

Drain and serve with your favourite sauce.

 

Cannelloni
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place frozen Cannelloni in an oven dish and cover with your favourite sauce and a generous sprinkle of cheese.


Bake for 30 minutes.

Pappardelle Pasta

Fresh Ribbon Cut and Short Pasta

Fresh Ribbon Cut and Short Pasta (Chilled)
Bring a large pot of well-salted water to a boil.

Add the required amount of pasta and boil for 4-5 minutes until al dente (cooked just enough to retain a somewhat firm texture). 

Drain and serve with your favourite sauce.

Tip:

The thicker the pasta, the chunkier the sauce should be.

Tortellini with Alfredo Sauce

Ready Meals

Microwave:
Remove the cardboard sleeve and peel the film off one corner before heating.  Reheat for 4 minutes on high or until piping hot.
If frozen, reheat on high for 6 minutes or until piping hot.

*If the ready meal comes in a foil tray, do not place it in the microwave. Remove the meal from the tray and place it in another microwave-friendly dish before heating.

Oven:
If chilled or defrosted and in a tin foil tray, remove the plastic/cardboard seal.

Heat up in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes, or until piping hot.
