Fettuccine with Maple Glazed Salmon

It’s a perfect dish for either a cozy dinner for two or a delightful starter for four.


  • Pasta Vera Fettuccine 200g
  • 1 small Salmon Fillet (for 2 people)
  • Parsley or Rocket to top
  • 1/4 Lemon
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive oil or Butter to toss through cooked pasta.

Glaze ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2-3 tablespoons Maple Syrup (depending how sweet you like it)


  1. Mix glaze ingredients in a small bowl and brush glaze onto salmon fillet and
    bake on a small tray/baking dish for 10 – 15 minutes at 180c.
  2. Cook Fettuccine in salted boiling for a few minutes until al dente. Drain and
    add butter/oil and mix through.
  3. Crumble over the warm flakes of salmon and squeeze over lemon juice and top
    with salt pepper and herbs/rocket to serve
