  • Pasta Vera Fettuccine Tricolore 500g
  • Cucumber
  • Tomatoes
  • Feta
  • Olives
  • 1/2 Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • Pepper & Salt
  • Maple syrup or honey
  • Parsley or Mint


  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook pasta according to package instructions, or until al dente. Drain pasta, drizzle with olive oil and leave to cool.
  2. Once pasta is cooled down, mix through chopped vegetables.
  3. Mix dressing in bowl or jar and adjust to taste. Mix through pasta.
  4. Optional – Add in chopped parsley & mint
