Fundraising Conditions of Delivery

WITHIN CHRISTCHURCH
- The delivery address needs to be a business or school address. We are not able to give you a specific time if you choose to have your order delivered.
- Orders under $1500 can be collected from our factory shop, 1/2 Musgrove Close, Wigram to avoid the delivery fee of 5% of the total order.
- Orders over $1500 will have FREE delivery – however you can still pick up from the factory shop if this is easier to coordinate.
OUTSIDE OF CHRISTCHURCH
- The delivery address needs to be a business or school address.
- Freight is free for all orders over $1,500.
- Orders under $1,500 will be charged freight at 5% of total sales.
- We are not able to give you a specific time for delivery, just a date.
- There is the option to collect the bulk order from your closest Big Chill Depot. These are located throughout NZ.
