Creamy Chicken Pappardelle

A Quick and Easy Crowd-pleaser – Sure to Impress Your Guests


  • Pasta Vera Pappardelle 1/2 pack
  • 2 chicken breasts (or skinless boneless thighs)
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • ½ tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves – crushed
  • 250 ml cream
  • 50 g (½ cup) Parmesan
  • Chopped parsley


  1. Dice chicken and fry till just cooked in the olive oil and set aside in a bowl.
  2. Fry the garlic in butter gently then add in cream and simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Cook pasta according to instructions on pack. Keep some of the cooking water.
  4. Add parmesan to creamy sauce and then add chicken into sauce and taste and
    season with salt and pepper.
  5. Heat through and add a little pasta water if you need to thin sauce – fold in
    pasta and serve with parsley.
